The Frame Drum and Ancient Healing Modalities
A Level 1 Workshop Given by Kris Oster Rhythms, chants, pranayamas and body movement for releasing blocked creative energy.
Note: participants must already know the basic strokes and a few rhythmic patterns (or must have taken the intro class)

Kris Oster, PH.D, is a drummer, mythologist, teacher and writer. Kris has studied hand drumming with Layne Redmond, Miranda Rondeau, Luis Conte, and Jerry Steinholtz. She is most enchanted with the drum’s mystical, transcendent power and its rich lineage as a sacred tool of priestesses, reaching all the way back to ancient Sumer.
