8 essential questions to ask during your Q2 biz review, plus my Q3 planning workbook.

Summer is a wonderful time to review what has worked for you in your biz so far in 2014. You can amplify and replicate your most successful programs and marketing to make the most of the rest of the year. And, scrap anything that wasn’t fulfilling to your soul or your bottom line.

Take 2 hours to a full weekend to treat yourself to a business review retreat. Gather your other like-minded entrepreneurial friends or do it solo.

Here are questions to ask yourself during your review:

  1. What went well for you over the past 3 months (April, May, June)?
  2. What didn’t go so well?
  3. What didn’t get done? What activities and intentions that you had set to accomplish over the past 3 months (April, May, June) can you transfer over to another time period?
  4. What activities and intentions that you meant to accomplish this quarter are no longer relevant and that can you let go of?
  5. What 3 activities or projects brought in the most money for your business?
  6. Can you repeat them again in the near future or create “spin offs”?
  7. On a scale of 1 to 10, how do you feel about your business’ growth over the past 3 months (April, May, June)?
  8. What was your biggest “A Ha” moment? What was the lesson?
