Sacred Pleasure Pause #2

Here’s the next episode of the Sacred Pleasure Pause, for you.

For this new moon in super-intuitive and sensitive Pisces, we will focus on bringing you deeply into your body and sensuality through invoking the Hindu Goddess Lalita Sundari.

With Mercury in Retrograde and the activation of this new moon energy, the next 30 days could feel like an emotional rollercoaster. Hold on to your hat and your heart!

Keep your heart open as always, but with Neptune being the planet of illusions it’s best not to attach yourself, or your heart, to specific outcomes.

What is arising for me and so many of my friends, clients and customers is that divine timing is going to be highlighted and the more flexible we can be, the more we will flow with all of these changes.

This Pisces season asks for nothing less than total surrender. Plus, when are we ever in control of everything and everyone? NEVER! We can only control our attitude and behavior, and that’s difficult enough as it is.

You can listen to the AUDIO version of the Sacred Pleasure Pause below.

Text instructions for Sacred Pleasure Pause, Episode 2:

Close your eyes and sink into your body. Sink into your breath. Sink into your pleasure.

Remember you are the Beloved and it’s your time to RECEIVE.

Pleasure Poem:

Kiss her. Slowly, take your time, there’s no place you’d rather be.

Kiss her but not like you’re waiting for something else, like your hands beneath her shirt or her skirt or tangled up in her bra straps. Nothing like that.

Kiss her like you’ve forgotten any other mouth that your mouth has ever touched.

Kiss her with a curious childish delight. Laugh into her mouth, inhale her sighs.

Kiss her until she moans.

Kiss her with her face in your hands. Or your hands in her hair. Or pulling her closer at the waist.

Kiss her like you want to take her dancing. Like you want to spin her into an open arena and watch her look at you like you’re the brightest thing she’s ever seen.

Kiss her like she’s the brightest thing you’ve ever seen. Take your time.

Kiss her like the first and only piece of chocolate you’re ever going to taste.

Kiss her until she forgets how to count.
Kiss her stupid.
Kiss her silent.

Come away, ask her what 2+2 is and listen to her say your name in answer.

— Azra.T, “This is how you keep her”

Pleasure Mantra for Lalita Sundari:

Set aside 5 minutes and do this mantra once a day if you can: “AIM KLIM SOHA.” (Sounds like I’m Kleem So Hah)

This chant brings in the energy of the Hindu goddess, Lalita Sundari. “The Beauty/Pleasure of the Three Worlds.”

Lalita is the Goddess of play and sacred sexuality, and is considered one of the main Tantric deities.

As you say this chant out loud or in your mind visualize the orange color of your sacral chakra located in your lower abdomen move up to mix with the pink color of the heart chakra located in the center of your chest.

Watch the colors mix together and create deep magenta, sunset tones that spread through your body and out all around you.

You will feel more pleasured and playful each time you do this chant with the visualization

Meanings of the Sanskrit Words:

Aim – This is a feminine counterpart of om. It is the bija mantra associated with Sarasvati, the Hindu goddess of knowledge and speech. It is believed to open consciousness to higher knowledge.

Klim – a one-syllable sound known as a bija mantra and is associated with Kamadeva, the Hindu god of love. In some Hindu traditions, Kamadeva is an incarnation of Lord Krishna. Kleem is chanted for its power of attraction.

Yogapedia explains Kleem:
Kleem (also spelled klim) is considered a shakti mantra, or one that stimulates the divine feminine energy. In Tantric yoga, shakti mantras like kleem are the primary mantras; although, they are used in other types of yoga as well. They transform life force energy and consciousness at the deepest levels. The magnetic energy of kleem draws things to us, but can also hold things in place, if so wished. It is one of the most widely used of the bija mantras. In the traditional Indian medical practice of Ayurveda, kleem promotes water (kapha), making it a beneficial mantra for the skin and the reproductive system, as well as the brain, immune system and nervous system.

Soha – The Tibetan language closing of a mantra that means establishing the root of the Lalita path within your heart

My Mission: making nose-to-the-grindstone, hard work feel more like a pleasurable breath of fresh air.

I’m here to inspire you to get turned on and create head-turning marketing and branding for your own business…through the cultivation of sensual pleasures. Each pleasure pause will deliver delicious words and evocative ideas directly to your email inbox every other week. That’s the divine plan for now.

So, why take pleasure breaks throughout your work day?

It’s simple: when you are pleasured and feel turned on and joyful, work feels like play. You become a light for others too.

I need pleasure breaks all the time for myself–we teach what we most need to learn, right? And, it’s been amazing doing it in community with my Higher Ground goddesses every week.

I am thrilled to do it in community with you too! In each episode you will learn how to pleasure yourself by taking plenty of short work breaks.

I suggest that you take 3 pleasure breaks per day to start. Once you get going, you’ll be hooked and will crave more. Start easy, so you have less resistance to taking action.

Our reason for doing all of this? Building many mini-pleasure breaks into your day will help you rejuvenate and allow more creativity & ideas to flow.

You will glow. Radiate. Seduce the world.

Until our next pleasure break together …
