I’m excited to report that the response was phenomenal and the videos created were eloquent and heart-opening.
WOW – this sisterhood ROCKS!!! So sweet to be embraced and embrace, witness and be witnessed… A kahlua and creme up in the air for the lot o’ya!
What a journey. Thank you so much Kris for holding such a supportive, fun and safe space for us. xox
WOW you ladies are rocking it out – I am loving watching your videos and the clarity that comes through
this video challenge is truly inspired! I did not want to make a video today, but I thought- DO IT! Kris is holding the container!!!
I’m enjoying this so much. It’s been a journey – I didn’t realise how much my whole self is wrapped up in words.
Who knew? Who is this person committing to weekly videos? I am so inspired by all of us here sending our heavenly selves into the world in this way.
I was exhilarated!
Our original Enchanted Entrepreneurs group started in September 2013 with 60 people and today we are 267 members strong.
Through the power of our group Soul, we’ve come together to create works of beauty that can be shared with the world. I’m moved beyond belief.
I wanted to be sure that those of you who didn’t make the journey with us got a small glimpse into the incredible work that was shared last week.
Each of these women created multiple videos, but for the sake of brevity, I linked to the one they liked the most:
Monday night I went to go hear my father, Danny Seraphine, play drums at the Scott Medlock and Robby Krieger Invitational, a fundraiser for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
I also ran into Linda Sivertsen, who I adore! She’s an author and writing coach and so warm + funny in person. (BTW, I’m in her virtual writers group that she heads up with Danielle LaPorte.)
Dad played with a couple of supergroups – the first group performed a three song Chicago set: Saturday in the Park, 25 or 6 to 4 and I’m a Man. Danny on drums, Sebastian Bach of Skid Row on vocals, Tommy Thayer of KISS on guitar, my Dad’s wife Pamela-Lyn on percussion and a full horn section. There were other musicians too who I didn’t get the chance to meet.
He went on to do a song with Alice Cooper, School’s Out, along with Robby Krieger of the Doors, Alex Lifeson of Rush and many others. (The really cute blonde in every picture is my sister Ashley!)
Speaking of Dad … he is helping me raise more money for the Indiegogo campaign for my book, Return to Enchantment: Branding with Mythological Archetypes. For $100 you can get his book Street Player: My Chicago Story, his CD Sacred Ground and an 8×10 glossy all personalized and signed by him, along with my book.

I’m at 22% funded and so appreciate everyone’s generous assistance. It was hard for me to ask for help, but I’m glad that I had the cajones to do it. People are coming out of the woodwork to help me in every way they can. One of my dear friends, Rheba Estante (author and writing coach) came to my aid this week to help me get media coverage and PR.
Yet again, I’m having another magical week.
Thank you for helping me bring Heaven to Earth.
