My Mission: making nose-to-the-grindstone, hard work feel more like a pleasurable breath of fresh air.
I’m here to inspire you to get turned on and create head-turning marketing and branding for your own business…through the cultivation of sensual pleasures. Each pleasure pause will deliver delicious words and evocative ideas directly to your email inbox every other week. That’s the divine plan for now.
So, why take pleasure breaks throughout your work day?
It’s simple: when you are pleasured and feel turned on and joyful, work feels like play. You become a light for others too.
I need pleasure breaks all the time for myself—we teach what we most need to learn, right? And, it’s been amazing doing it in community with my Higher Ground goddesses every week.
I am thrilled to do it in community with you too! In each episode you will learn how to pleasure yourself by taking plenty of short work breaks.
I suggest that you take 3 pleasure breaks per day to start. Once you get going, you’ll be hooked and will crave more. Start easy, so you have less resistance to taking action.

Text instructions for Sacred Pleasure Pause, Episode 1:
Close your eyes and sink into your body. Sink into your breath. Sink into your pleasure.
Imagine raindrops falling on your naked skin. Feel each delicious drop.
Place one hand over your heart chakra in the center of your chest and the other on your lower abdomen over your sacral chakra.
Think of someone you love, who makes you feel all warm and tingly and turned on. Allow that love to coat your body inside and out with pleasure, imagine this love light as a color. Allow the color to flow throughout your body until it overflows around your body like a luminous, sparkling cocoon. Take long, slow, deep breaths in and out for a few moments along with the music.
Pleasure Prayer:

The white Moon among the Stars,
